Miahona announces that on 18-11-2025, two addenda over the first Agreement have been signed, about the exclusive collaboration for the rehabilitation and/or replacement of a list of identified pumping stations for irrigation water in the regions of Karakalpakstan , with:

• The Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan
• The Ministry of Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Under these Addenda to the Development agreement, Miahona and the Uzbek parties have agreed to increase the scope of cooperation related to the rehabilitation/replacement and long-term operation of pumping stations for irrigation water in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In greater detail, Miahona will study and explore the development of the rehabilitation/replacement and long-term operation services on a BOOT scheme for:

(i) more than 100 pumping stations in the region of Karakalpakstan,

(ii) more than 200 pumping stations in the region of Khorezm.
