SPARK Utilities awards Miahona with operation & maintenance services contract

Today, Miahona, a leading developer & operator of sustainable solutions in water and wastewater projects signed an operational & maintenance services contract with SPARK Utilities, a wholly owned subsidiary of King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) and the Kingdom’s third power producer and supplier, to provide convenient and reliable utility services to tenants at SPARK. The agreement was signed by Eng. Ahmed Al Essa, CEO of SPARK Utilities and Eng. Awaadh Al Otaibi, CEO of Miahona during the ceremony that was attended by Eng. Saif Al-Qahtani, CEO of SPARK and Chairman of SPARK Utilities, and Einas Al Ashgar, board member and other board members. 

The contract scope of work includes O&M services and facility management for water and wastewater assets including the Potable Water Network, Sewage Network, Main Pumping Stations and Lift Stations, Irrigation Network, and Storage Tanks.
